SEC eyes disclosure in subprime probes
(Reuters)
Reuters - The Securities and Exchange
Commission is investigating how banks, credit rating firms and
lenders valued and disclosed complex mortgage-backed securities
that ultimately led to the subprime crisis, a top agency
enforcer said on Saturday.
